It's sometimes horribly sad for us graduate students, how the comics can be so accurate ....:P

 So ... I'm going to Cambridge/Boston, MA for an academic conference thingie this weekend, but I'll have one day free and intend to go sight-see... anyone out there from the area/have any suggestions?

... and I'm so far behind in everything that I just want to hide under my duvet :P

To be able to finish and submit the my dissertation proposal in time, and for it to be accepted without revision (ok, that's a bit unrealistic ...with only a tiny portion of revision would be more reasonable, but I can hope :D)

Again, a day long research seminar ... at least I managed to doodle some stuff while looking like I'm studiously taking notes ...
